From zero experience to master the key surfing skills. You will able to surf on the sandy shore in just 1 lesson. This activity is suitable for anyone from 12 years onwards, swimming skill is not a must but you should be comfortable with water. Kuta Beach is one of the best surf location and has a large area of surf safe boundaries. If you are skilled enough the sea is open for you to catch the big WAVE!

Kuta beach is definitely for the beginners and advance surfers!

This activity is suitable for Beginner to Intermediate surfers.

Beginner package includes

  • 1:1 private friendly local instructor (English/Bahasa Indonesia)
  • 10-15 mins theory and practice on the beach
  • 1 hour lesson in water
  • Additional 1 hour board rental
  • Easy-to-follow steps
  • Paddling
  • Forehand
  • Safety instructions
  • Technique to identify waves
  • and ALL others to make you surf on the first lesson

Our boards are beginner friendly made from soft materials and equipped with rubber fins. Boards are also available for advance surfers.

Time

Surfing can be done all day from 9AM onwards depending on the tide of the season.

You can confirm your slots a day before the itinerary. Timing and slots are changeable with T&C. (subject to weather condition, availability, and minimum of 3 business hour notice)

    One of the best time we had in Bali. The instructor is very patient and willing to teach us step by step, from surfing techniques, how to select suitable surf board, how to monitor high tide low tide, waves.     At first abit difficult to find the place because there are many stalls there, but the instructor is very good to contact and meet to pick us up at waiting point. overall good experience...the surfing is very fun, we added 1 more hours rental and explore it on our own after session ended.

    My first time surfing in Bali and Adi simply made it an unforgettable and amazing one. Even thought the waves are overhead, it is still a safe and beginner friendly environment. Coaches are excellent to explain the principles and everything you need to know at beach, followed by 1-to-3 practices in the water. They also coached us to pick up more advanced skills step by step based on individual progress. Before we ended the session, I was able to observe, catch and ride on waves. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to know they took some pictures of us while we are having fun in the water. Good memory to share with friends! Highly recommended!!

    I took several surfing lessons in Korea, but I was able to take detailed classes that were not available in Korea. From safety training to detailed posture correction, progress so well. There were a lot of cheerful and positive instructors there, so I enjoyed learning surfing. The best surfing lesson you can experience anywhere. If we come to Bali again later, we will visit again.

    It was really fun. I enjoyed surfing after standing in just two times. The instructor continued to push and enjoyed the ride. It's a shame that I haven't learned on schedule. If I came to Bali early, I wanted to learn surfing all week. The Kuta wave was wonderful.

    I went for a private lesson with the instructor at kuta beach. Instructor was patient at teaching and helped me to catch the waves. As a beginner, he told me when to get ready and which waves to surf. He is also very good at English so he can explain the standing up technique properly. Felt that I could have practised more on the sand before heading down to the sea. Ended up drinking quite a bit of sea water as I fell each time. And 1 hours class is too short, would have preferred a 2.5hr to 3hr session instead.

    Our coach was very friendly and also patient when teaching us how to surf. He was also on time to wait and ready for us to come. He also did not stick too closely to 1 hour (not too concerned about timing, but more about having fun), we get to play extra time without charges.
